As an experienced Massage Therapist for over 18 years, I believe in a therapeutic medical approach to healing. In my practice I use an array of different techniques with each session being tailored to my clients needs to address their muscular imbalances. Each individual client deserves a tailored session to not only better nurture their body but their mind as well.
I find it important to connect with my clients prior to each session to discuss what they are looking to achieve during a treatment. I answer questions about what to expect during the treatment and review techniques that may work best for them. ​I specialize in a variety of therapeutic techniques and aim to provide my clients with an effective therapeutic session.
